Jerry (Chris) Hurd, Alameda, Calif.; daughters, Janet (Michael) Carter, Belle Chasse, Louisiana; Jacque (Lee) White, Salt Lake City, Utah; 17 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild; three brothers, Chester, Kyle, Laurie (Mike), all of Salt Lake City; two sisters, Elaine Strong, Salt Lake City; Beverly (Pat) Carter, Ocean Hills, Calif.
Preceded in death by her husband July 30, 1993.
Funeral services Saturday, August 27, at 12 noon, Winder 11th Ward, 950 East 3825 South.
Friends may call at the Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, Friday evening 6-8 p.m., and at the ward on Saturday, 11-11:45 a.m. prior to the service.
Interment will be in the Salt Lake City Cemetery.
Family suggests, in lieu of flowers, contributions to Primary Children's Hospital or Shriner's Hospital.
