- Lt Stanley Ashman died 3 May 1917 at the age of 29.
He was killed in action serving with the 5th Battalion of Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry and is commemorated on the Arras Memorial.
The memorial is in the cemetery Faubourg D'Amiens in the Boulevard General De Gaulle to the south of the road to Doullens.
