- SS Bristol City was a British Cargo Steamer of 2,864 tons built in 1920. On the 5th May 1943 was on route from Bristol & Milford Haven to New York carrying a cargo of 2,500 tons of china clay. She was torpedoed by German submarine U-358 and sunk with the loss of 15 crew.
