Benjamin Lee Lasbury died on the night of 6th May 1956 whilst driving back to the University of Vermont with two friends. The car left the road and Benjamin was fatally injured.

Grave of John Donovan 1890 – 1966
It has taken a long time but with the help of the wonderful staff at Cardiff Council’s Cemetery Services I have been able to finally locate the grave of Christine’s great grandfather John Donovan.
Once the grave location was confirmed a request was made to the council to erect this wooden cross to commemorate his life.
Doreen Waith (nee Piddell) passed away peacefully on 23rd March 2012. She will be greatly missed by her children William, John, Diane, Mavis, Veronica and Violet.
